Easy Slow-cooker Vegetable Beef Stew for a Crowd

I deem a recipe a hit when everyone - from the youngest to the oldest - loves it.  In this case, it was a home run!  My entire family loved it - even the kids!  What made it even better is that the prep time was pretty much limited to cooking up the ground beef.  All the other ingredients were purchased pre-prepped.  This serves 7 adults.

3.5 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stalk celery, sliced
(4) 1 lb. bags frozen vegetable medley
1 bottle V8 Original
salt & pepper to taste
  1. Cook ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. Throw everything in the Crock-Pot and set on high for 4 hours.
  3. Done.
